Just an FYI. The way that I have seen a lot of bins work like this, it's usually the other way around. An 1866C9 kit has a MUCH greater chance of also running 1600C8 than the other way around. "IF" the 1600C8 kit could do 1866C9 on our tests, we'd bin it and sell it as an 1866C9, not a 1600C8. Of course, a tiny bump of DRAMv may solve all of this anyway.
