Looking for low spec video card

I am trying to re-purpose my old 2010 desktop as a movie station. I need a cheap video card that can output dual monitors on 2x 1080p monitors. The only performance requirements is the ability to stream movies -- no gaming. DVI or HDMI is fine.

the geforce210's or hd 5450's are plenty for an htpc i run a 5450 in mine and it plays 30+ GB blu-ray rips fine.

if you feel a little more horsepower is needed the cheapest r5 or r7 will be plenty or a gt 720

just make sure they have the connections you need and it will be enough.

It looks like those 2 cards only have 1x hmdi 1x dvi and 1x vga. Does it support dual monitors?

Whats the budget for said "low spec" card? $20-150?

gt210 - $20
gt 730- $50
r5450- $30 <-My Pick
r6450- $36

or just roll a r9-295 for $1500 lololol
