Hi.. i have a Sapphire r9 290 and my chipset broken IDK why?? can i do something for repaid or i have to buy other one

If that is a crack and not just thermal paste (hard to tell on my phone) there is no repairing it.

That one is done for. You can try getting a replacement, but if they won't honor warranty you'll have to buy another GPU.
