Does anyone know how to remove a stripped motherboard standoff?

That isn't quite as bad as it looks and I have repaired boards with things like those caps missing or broken off, that is exactly one of the things I had to fix on the Abits I repaired last weekend and it all went well.
If he cracked the board itself and severed circuit traces that would be a real headache.

Doesn't matter though if he can't get the screw out.
