What is the best photo editing software out there for under $100?? I just want to insert an image to another. Like stick my co- workers head on the body of Napoleon.:D It has to look authentic, good transition. Thanks

Paint Shop Pro.. it understands Adobe Photoshop filters and is a great peice of software otherwise try Gimp if your a linux user

I agree... Paint Shop Pro is the best I've used so far. It has a much more intuitive user interface than Adobe Photoshop & it works better(faster) w/o hogging all the system resources.

Thanks guys. Ordered Paint Shop Pro Anniversary Edition from Provantage for $84.87+s&h. :)
