I have installed the humongous Zalman 80HP cooler on my 9700 pro today.
Then, I used the bracket + 92mm fan from an older Zalman 6500 CPU cooler, and positioned the fan directly above the AGP slot.

Result: I can now overclock my core to 366 (only 337 with ATI stock cooler).

Now I want to install heatsinks on the ram.
In front, no problem. I can use BGA or whatever.
In back, the Zalman is covering up the ram chips, at least in part.

I need low-profile ramsinks, like they used to put on the older Hercules Geforce 2 and 3 cards.
Has anyone seen these anywhere?

thanks,

Patrick

I know, don't rub it in.
Now my ram craps out at 315 MHz, so I want to work on that also...
