I am about to purchase some Tygon tubing from Usplastics.com and have been reading here that it's pretty good.
However it seems that there is some difference of opinion on which one to get.
I am getting the Spir@l water block with 1/2" barbs for use with a camaro heater core.

I think that based on what I read the majority think that I should get the 1/2" ID Vacuum tubing(57120 or 57121). Some say get the 3/8" and stretch it. Which one?

What about wall thickness? 1/16" or 3/32"?

Man there is much more to this then I ever suspected.

Thanks,
Mark

r-3603 and there is no point in getting 1/2id tubing because barbs are 1/2 in with a 3/8 in flow path so you will just create backpressure. i suggest as thick as you can go while still getting a bargain :)

Those 2 models are good, if you are going to have really tight bends, go for the 1/8" walled, if not go for the 3/32. I use the spiral and use all 1/2" ID, 3/32 wall.
