I have three places that I can check too see what the temp of my cpu speed and they are all different! they read:

Sandra - 20 C
The temp monitor from my bios - 40 C
The program for my motherboard - 36 C

Which one is the right one and are these speeds accurate of what a regualr PC is supposed to measure? Thanks in advance.

Well, it's certainly not the Sandra one. I don't know which is correct, but wether you're at 40C or 36C, you're way inside the safe temperature range anyway.

Also, what board are you using? Some boards read and/or display temperatures incorrectly...

sandra is wrong the other 2 are correct. when you are in the bios your temps are just higher. Reboot your warm comp go into the bios and watch the temps climb. Temps wouldnt go up if the bios usage didnt increase cpu usage over idle.
