sd to ddr= more power needed?

Im running a 1.2 t-bird with 384 sdram and have a +5v line idles around 5.05 and goes to around 4.93 at load

im thinking of chnagingmobo to the abit ax7 and getting 256 2700 ddr ram.

would i need to to get a new power supply to run this ram?

i know in the future wen i get a new graphics card of cpui will NEED the extra power but do u think i will be ok just now?

Rails dont really matter for ram. what we need to know is your wattage. 300 i assume?

cant remember to be honest- it was either a 300 or 350 though.
