How do I get shortcut icons in the taskbar in WinXP? I tried dragging/dropping shortcuts to it like I did when I used Win2k, but it "pins" them to the start menu instead
 
Right click on the toolbar and go into properties then look for show quick launch and then add them like you do in 2K.
