CS and voice chat prob

I cannot get my voice chat to work. I got a microphone and when I run the voice configuration tool everything is all good. I have a key binded to it also. But when I play cs It won't work.

Yall have any ideas. Oh, when I look and global stats(tab key) I don't even have a microphone by my user name like every one else.

Should I reinstall? What is up.

so it doesnt work at all when u push ur button to talk? u dont see the speaker at the bottom right corner if u try to talk? i have my voice communication working and i dont have the speaker when i flash my stats, but i guess thats how its supose to work?!?! also check ur volume control settings and see if ur mic is on mute, i had that on once
