GW 32 blowing or sucking?

I have a GW 32. There is an arrow on the fan, should this arrow be toward the heat sink or away?
Should the air be blowing into the heat sink or sucking air out of the heat sink?

Goes into the heatsink.

GlobalWins are designed to blow air onto the heatsink. Alphas suck heat away from the hs.
