Help Needed Please!!!!

First off I would like to say this I have just converted myself from AMD to Intell and overclocked my new P4 2.53GHZ with my new P4B533-E and I overclocked it to 3.40GHZ with stock cooling and stock volts at 1.5 and the cpu temp stayed around 40C so I thinking mees got my hand on 1 awesom cpu not only did I get a awesome cpu this motherboard is unbelieveable, is the Cpu core voltage unlocked on this motherboard or do I still need to do the wire or RWDefogger because it apears that I can select past 1.75volts?

my main problem is the 1.1-3.4-4.3 devider because 3.4 is not available for me to pick does anyone know why?
