lol- hers a screenshot of my school's network, which is a T3 note- this sped test is a "high" one. all others fall around 4MB/4MB

my school has 11Mbits, however the maximum speed you can get on any box is capped at 2. (even in rez ).
Last semester i had a "huge" upload, I never found out what it was... I could upload to people as fast as they could download it.. This semester they capped me to 50k

when i first got cable i could get 7mbits downstream but then @Home had to close and AT&T droped me to 1.5mbits
