I have had a HUGE struggle the last few weeks to get my temps down.

I have gotten new case fans, new heatsink everything.

I finally got a working thermo probe(somewhat...radioshack didnt have any real thin ones)

Here are my results:

Bios:
CPU Core 38 Idle 42 Load
CPU Surface 29 Idle 32 Load
System Temp 32 Idle 35 Load

I just took my temp probe and here are some results

Outake fans: 21 C

Intake Fans 20 C

The actually temp probe on the Abit Board: 20 C
The Heatpipes on the heatsink: 22 C

I dont feel like getting an exact measuring tool, as I am pretty sure the CPU core temp is off as well (supposedly from AMDs diode temp, but how could that be 22 above system temp on load??

I have a question, can I calibrate the Core temp to my actually readings? (10 above) or does my heatsink just suck that bad that it is 20 above case temp

you may be runing the cpu at higer voltage then neccisary, those temps you have are around normal for me, but i have a T-Bird... and make sure that your HSF is properly installed.
