if you are running a drive singularly on a channel, will it make a difference if the on cable "primary" or "secondary" plug is used for the drive (i put prim and sec in quotes since it has no effect on drive lableing). I know it wont make a difference when it comes to lableing of the drive but what aobut the effectiveness of data transfer. Should it always be attatched to the end and not the middle or vice versa or is it insignifigant?

as far as I know you can stick say your HDD anywhere...as long as the computer knows where to look for a bootable drive you will be fine
