I have tabulated some results from the Xtreme and Overclockers forums re folks results.

45 total entries in my database with total average overclock of 2348

Three 0245 entries (2 AIUGB and 1 AIUHB) - average overclock = 2390 (2 water cooling, 1 unknown)

Nine 0248 entries (all AIUHB) - average overclock = 2424 (3 water, 6 air cooling)

Two 0249 entires (all AIUHB) - average overclock = 2375 (1 water, 1 air colling)

Fourteen 0250 entries (all AIUHB) - average overclock = 2369 (8 air, 4 water, 2 prometeia) Average oc w/o prometeia = 2308

One 0251 entry (AIUHB) overclock = 2015 (on BAD air, i.e., Zalman)

Six 0301 entries (5 AIUHB, 1 unknown) - average overclock = 2298 (4 air, 1 water, 1 unknown)

Three 0302 entries (2 AIUHB, 1 unknown) - average overclock = 2406 (2 air, 1 water)

Seven unknown entries (4 AIUHB, 3 unknown) - average overclock = 2250 (4 air, 1 water, 2 unknown)

Looks like the 0248s take it so far in this not-nearly-scientific survey, followed closely by the 0302s. Hopefully the 0302s are bearing good news for the future, but with only three samples, hard to extrapolate.

Nice job.
Now if they'll only update the CPU database, it'll make it a lot easier for everyone. Just be sure not to believe everything that's reported there.

caught what the voltages they used most? think it'll be stable at just 2ghz with stock voltage?

I knew I forgot to post some info! doh! Actually, the voltages average about 1.83, but it was really pretty much a case of more voltage equaled higher overclock. I would say it looked like most would do 2ghz at stock or with a slight bump in voltage, but that's really a guess.

this is an excellent idea of compiling a database, for comparison.
thanks for doing the math to average it out.
cool idea too.

Ok im up to12.5X200 2500mhz using slk800 with vantech fan im running seti at full load temps are at 39.0c voltage at 2.075

Thanks for the extra info! Don't know what stepping it is?

Thanks, I just wanted to see how things were really looking out there because I'm thinking of taking the plunge myself soon. :)

btw...your 0250 really trashed the curve ;)

I can't get my AIUHB 0301 over 2100MHz stable, on air at 1.85V. I think my PSU is giving bad rails, but nevertheless my 2100+ is sucking so far.

hmmm... good job.
But makes me feel even worse with my theoretical Champion (2100+ AIUHB 0248) maxing out at [email protected]. :(

At least my other 2100+ (AIUGB 0245) does better. [email protected].

B3, yeah, I have your CPU's in the database, too. Unfortunately, even within steppings and weeks it's still luck of the draw. I can tell you that in all the time I've been buying processors, I've never gotten one that was at the top of its class (see, for instance, my AGOIA below). But I've also never gotten one that was at the bottom, either. I seem to be mired in average most of the time.

Thanks for your reply...
Good to know that. :)

To be honest: I can't even complain about my 2100+ AIUHB 0248, because I just got it in exchange for an 1700+ AIUGA.

So I should just be happy how things are. ;)

Nice idea to make a table out of it, but I think you should separate air cooling, and watercooling results. That way it will be alot easyer for people to anticipate what they should be getting out of their setups. I can throw in some results from finland, there's plenty of week 50 and 51 cpu's going around here, some of them are doing fairly good.

i know it isnt a 2100+ but i own an AIUHB week 46
here it is:

amd athlon xp 2600+ (2.133mhz)/266mhz stock FSB 1.65v
the codes on my chip:
AXDA2600KV3C
AIUHB 0246MPM

it is currently running 2.38ghz(2380mhz!!) on air via a Coolermaster HHC-001 and 1.85v
17x140 on soyo dragon kt333 ultra platinum :D

i think AIUHB is reminicent of the AXIA thunderbirds this is sweet!

I just got a week 1 XP2100+

currently @ 2.166Ghz on 1.725V using a volcano9 HSF.

Doesn't seem to like higher tho even with more voltage, i've had 1.85V thru it and even 2.22Ghz isn't stable =/

I can get into windows all teh way upto 2.4Ghz but within 10 - 30secs the system will reboot, might be my cooling I guess ?
