A7V333 Memory problem

My system crashed last friday and I went out and bought a Asus mobo. I'd been running a MSI mobo but it quit on me. Any way, when I put every thing back together and tried loading xp home, I would get a stop message and a memory error. I wound up removing all my cards except the video card, same thing stop message mem error. finally I removed one of the two ram chips and it loaded windows ok. However, whenever I put the ram chip back in it does the same thing. I would appreciate any help on this. and thanks

I got the same thing when use Sumsang with A7V333 board, tried three chips, neither worked. I had to switch to KTI instead. hope this helps.
