ftp

I want to create ftp, but i dont realy know how .

I mean i have few large documents and want to put them to ftp and my mate can download them from there. how can i do it . does anyone knw??????

If you're running 2000/Xp you could use IIS witch is built into windows. If you are not there are plenty of other FTP programs out there such as Serv-U.
