Dont know if this is appropriate for this forum, but

Dont know where to place this question, but Im gettins some annoying popup add even when I havent been connected to any sites. Anyways, it knocks me out of games, and for Counter-Strike it disables sounds when I click it off, and go back. I cant have that. So, how do I find out what program pops this annoyance up so I can get rid of it? Looks like a possible hack thing too. Its like something vegas, click here, but I know it isnt a regular popup, because I left my PC on for a few hours without having been to any sites, and it was there when I came back.

Or it could be some ad ware I would run adaware or spybot and see if it finds anything. Although I think it is the messenger spam. Read thru that link Good luck
