Slower as a service than graphical ?

My systems that were running the graphical client seem to be working a lot slower since I loaded the DOS client as a service and added flags.

Is this possible ?

It should not slow down. Perhaps you received different, bigger proteins.

Could be my imagination. I will try to keep a closer eye on it.

If the graphics aren't being displayed, I believe that the program doesn't waste any power drawing them in the background. That would lead to about the same folding time.

One problem is that occassionally there will be conflicts with the graphical client. The text client paired with EMIII is definitely the best way to go.

What problems are associated with the graphical client, because I have yet to have any problems.
