whats the stock speed of SEC or Hynix at -3 ns?

anyone know? i ask because it will be on my radeon 9600 pro

From Google, I'm seeing specs say the 9600 runs at 400 core, 300 memory. However, the 3ns rating means it should run at 333Mhz, though it may not depending on the latencies involved. Though if you get Hynix memory, I'd expect a pretty good OC out of it based on other people's experiences.
