32 bit PCI to 64 bit PCI

Yes, as long as the card has a notch for 64-bit slots.

Well basically the 64-Bit PCi slots should be backwards compatible meaning the 32-Bit Cards should work fine, just about every PCI card you own is more than likely 32-Bit. A 64-Bit slot looks just the same as a 32-Bit really except its longer.
If you look at the following picture of a K7D-Mater you can clearly see it, the top two beng 64-Bit and the bottom 32-Bit
