Why debug is on?

How do I get this to stop. I desabled it in the services.

Fixed hate updates GR fixed.

Disable script debugging and other tweaks:


* Right-click on Internet Explorer > Properties > Accessibility button (on the bottom right) >
CHECK: Ignore font sizes specified on Web Pages
[Now you can change the size by going to View > Text size]
then
Advanced TAB > under Browsing, CHECK: - Disable script debugging
UNCHECK: - Automatically check for internet Explorer updates
- Enable page transitions

then go down under Multimedia and
UNCHECK: - Enable Automatic Image Resizing
- Enable Image Toolbar
- Reuse windows for launching shortcuts

then go down under Search from the Address bar and
SELECT: Do not search from the Address bar

Yea I found it before thanks. I hate when yo do the updates and it puts you back.
