Hi,
I want to upgrade to a new IOS image and wondering if I will or will not be able to with the following flash memory:
8192K bytes of processor board System flash (Read ONLY)

Read only meaning I cannot write a new image to flash? Thanks.

1) find your model of router
2) find exactly which IOS version and feature set you want to go with
3) search the Cisco web site. There will be a table somewhere that shows how much Flash and DRAM are required for any particular version/feature set. This same document will likely also show you how to tell how to determine your current amount of Flash and DRAM.
4) make sure you are licensed to do so - otherwise it is known as software piracy. Not, of course, that anyone questions your morals, but a handy reminder for the rest of us.
