this is quite annoying. ok this happened after i installed the new patch (i think).
everytime when the race starts. it lags for like 1.5 seconds for the tachometer/speedometer to increase. and everytime i press ESC(which brings me to the leave race etc etc menu) it takes 1.5 seconds for me to choose buttons. also same thing when im setting up my controls.
help please

PS: would be helpful if someone could upload the virgin file of speed.exe (file when first installed)
