im bulding a pc for some with 2500+ stock hs, A7N8X ultra and 512mb pc3200 buffalo
What should i set the mlti and fsb at?? Also what other settings in the bios do i need to change?? Im not familiar with a pci/agp divider. Ive only used my 8rda+ with locked bus

could i do that right off the bat?? Or would i need a lot of testing like i did to get my 2100+ at 200fsb 2.3ghz

it depends if your 2500+ (week 39 and above) is locked. If its locked your'll have to run it at 166*11 to get 1.8ghz but if not u can overclock to 3200+ speeds 200*11

In the BIOS, set the AGP frequency to 66 to lock it there, that should also lock the PCI speed.

If you plan on overclocking it, make sure to watch your temps when you set the frequency to 200 if your using the stock heatsink. You may need a voltage bump also to be stable at XP3200 speeds, each XP2500 is different.

If you aren't upgrading the HSF, then check your temps using MBM5 or SpeedFan4.09. If you're idling in the high 40's or lower, you can up the speed a bit without worrying too much.

In a locked 11x multiplier system, 182x11 will give you 2000mhz and you will most likely not need extra voltage for anything under 2100mhz (191x11).
