The aluminum ones are a bit cheaper there at $20.

BTW .... I have tried several fan adapters of various
sizes. Too much noise and too little airtflow resulting in
little improvement in cooling.

In general they create too much restriction to
make them worth while unless you have a high pressure
fan like the 38mm thick Tornado. (or similar)

My results may not be typical though.
Give them a try and see what you come up with. :)
 
buy any of 150mm desk fan and directly blow your system, it will not cost you more than $10. quiet efficient, i am using this fan plus the orginal cooling comes from CPU.

althon 2500+ oc 3200+ core V increased 0.05v from 1.65v to 1.70v

around 44c CPU load;
