I was finnished lapping my SP-94, and I was running it under water to rinse off the soap. I was using warm water, not to hot to the touch, when I happened to touch the bottom of the HS. YOUCH! The base was VERY hot. I flipped it around and ran the water on the base. Sure enough the fins got super hot. If I ran cold watter on one side the hot side would cool down in about 2 seconds. It was relly cool to play with. This just proves to the sceptics that the heat pipes work, very well for that matter.

I lapped it because I had to RMA my mobo. I'll see when I get the board back. I also want to go a little higher in grit. I went to 1500 this time.
