Lazy question about new core

Is the new core included in the 4.0 client from stanford or is it something specials? I'd like to try that out on my Opteron.

The new core is no longer beta, so it will be automatically downloaded by your folding client. You can check the logfile at the start of a new wu and see if its using v 1.56 of the gromacs core. If it's not for some reason, just stop folding, delete the core and it shoudl download the new one when you restart folding.
