I almost certain that higher unbuffered mb/s is better than whatever the buffered memory scores appear to be when it comes to actual performance.

eg. old 2.4b in dual channel 865i

1:1 - 172mhz ~ 2400 unbuffered / 4300 buffered
4:5 - 215mhz ~ 2800 unbuffered / 4450 buffered

Even though the difference in the buffered is not much, the difference in 3dmark01 was 800marks!

Why am I so concerned you ask? Cause im now stuck at 5:4 - 185-190mhz with my new 3.2c, that only gives me 2600mb/s unbuffered and 5200mb/s buffered. Going on my earlier findings, my unbuffered score for my 800fsb cpu is look rather sad :(
