I'm runing NF7-S idle 38c load 41c with the same setup as
i have before . Win i was runing asus a7n8x idle at 33c load 36c
i dont no if used a enough white grase . would AS 5 lower my
temps .

Temperature readings vary between motherboards. Some are more accurate than others. The only way to truly know if your temps are lower with the nf7 than on the a7n8x is to measure them both with a temperature probe.

What he said. Comaparing them is almost useless. And yes, AS3 or 5 will help.

See Andy's reply and visit the AS website for application instructions. I found AS dropped my temps by 3 degrees so I guess it's worth the money.
