From my Dad:

Windows 95 Explorer Window is offset when maximised.

After a couple of Registry Error faults (during acrobat writing) the Windows Explorer (when in full-screen maximised mode) has become offset several centimetres down and to the right on the monitor.

This leaves part of the desktop, normally hidden in this mode, in view.

Other software, eg, Word, Outlook Express, Acrobat, all seem to be OK.

I have tried rebooting, changing the screen definition, looked in all the menus that might be relevant, but without finding any clues or fixing anything.

I guessed that there might be a fault in a Registry setting, and even had a quick look in Regedit, but without seeing anything that even looked to me as if it might be relevant. Most of it was in some foreign language like Greek or Algebra or hex or something.

Have you got any suggestions, please?
