i need a program that is password protected and will let me block out one website. i dont want to use those child protection programs because ive tried them before and they suck. im only trying to block one website and dont want to use the filter on my IE because it asks permission to enter this site and that. can anyone recommend anything?

Modify your host file. It's located at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

It should be pretty clear once you open it how to edit the file. Just redirect the site you want to block to 192.168.0.1 or something.
