Ya it says x800 and 9800XT not 9800 pro

Yup, that was a mod for the XT, not the Pro. The two cards' PCBs are layed out differently.

Sentential did a little research on it... He actually worked with a friend of glockowner's and they found the correct resistor to draw onto, but aparently, it didn't work. Maybe do a little searching and you'll find the thread.
