Any opinions on a DFI AK76?

Does anyone have an opinion on the DFI AK 76? I read a review that this MOBO is the best AMD 760 DDR board for the money (currently $107.00). I don't care about RAID or on board audio. I also plan on using a SB Live 5.1 and Hercules 4500 64MB no-TV. Any compatibility problems?

i havent tried that one but i have been using dfi boards for quite some time now and they are excelent and cheap

and reading the review over at via hardware it looks very good
