i am thinking of getting a better cpu but not sure what i should do , i can over clock my cpu to 2.5@235 but very stable for sure 2.4@227 should i keep that or should i upgrade to a A64 chip like 3200?

It's not worth the cost. Wait till Q4 2004 when cheaper A64 socket 939 CPUs launch. s754 sucks.
