Using page file with nothing running?!

I just noticed my pc is using the page file in my sig pc. There is nothing running but Norton and the ATi icon. A total of 29 processes that are all windows reqs and Norton but still a page file use. Is there something I need to enable or disable in the BIOS or windows?

Windows doesnt like going completely without a PF. Set it to like 100MB, and dont worry aobut it. Also if you can, set it to a different drive than your boot drive.

EDIT: After setting it to initial 100 w/ 101 max it still jumps up to 1.03 GIG at times! This is with 700mb of my ram still available so I can't figure out whats going on.
