I dont need to "mount" it, as much as place it. Its a desktop case and there is room in the front left when facing it, since i have no 3 1/4 drives.

my concerns are keeping it fixed to the case, getting the wire out of the case, and keeping the case cool.

how much heat can a 240W micro-atx PSU controlling fans and some drives generate?

I bought a pci fan to help cool the case aditionaly, but there is a space to mount a case fan that is a bit above my cpu. i need a good HSF that does well in a tight space. im willing to spend 100 bucks on this fan, but it needs to be rlatively quiet and good on space since the case is not 6 in tall.
