Help me replace these POS fans.....

Looking to replace the 4 awful 80mm fans that came with my Coolermaster case. I was thinking I'd go with some Sanyo Denki's but I can't seem to find them anywhere. I guess the next best option would be some Panaflo's, but i am so far unable to find their medium speed fans for less than $10 or so a piece. I know this isn't ridiculously high, but $40 to replace the four seems a bit much to me.

Assuming these will be hooked up to a Sunbeam Rheobus fan controller with noise being a factor, would I be alright going with high speed fans and undervolting them quite a bit? Or should I focus on finding medium or low speed fans?

If your using a Sunbeam Fan controller, get a high speed and adjust the noise, cfm thats tolerable.
