Maybe someone could answer this for me but this has been driving me crazy. I know with the new P3 the tile under the core is a organic material not ceramic like with most processors.
Does anyone know what material that is made of? I used to know this but I can't remember what it is.

Good searchin' . I remember an earlier post regarding that and carbon is in fact the material used. Neeto!!
