cpu fan on your gpu core?

i've seen a few people put high-speed 60mm cpu fans on their video cards, does anyone have good/bad stories to that?

i would like to keep upon this one to.
was thinking about putting a thermaltake orb that just laying here.

I put a socket A HSF w/60mm fan on my ancient 4mb ATi Rage Pro (AGP1x) with thermal paste in the center and 4 tiny drops of superglue in the corners. I did this as a simple test because I didn't want to jump in and ruin my ti4600, but it actually worked out quite well. I never did get to do it in my 4600 though, because it died of natural causes soon after I had planned to do it
