in my sig is my rig, because i know that the pci/agp locks arent working, with my system what could i do without haveing to reset the cmos at all,, i dont want to have to redo all the setting at this point..

Ive got the same motherbaoard as you and its not they don't work its they have none. I had my CPU maxed out at 2.35 for me, I wanted 2.4 but I had the Vcore up to 1.7 and it would not be stable in prime for more than 60 seconds. So I do 2.3 because even 2.35 barley did prime and if your running SATA without a lock you will start to get SATA corruption. So your safe limit will be about 2.4 id say, dont want to fry anything on the other busses... If you want to go farther its new mobo as this K8V is not made for OCin at all :(
