LANparty NF4 SLI-DR + XP120?

This mobo will be on it's way shortly and I'm curious if there are any problems with mounting the XP120 on the SLI-DR? Will it obstruct anything?
If so, what is the best hsf that is compatible?

It's fully compatible if you don't use anykind of heatpipe cooling solutions on your VGA card.

Thanks. I've read both yes and no. I heard the first pcie slot is obstructed?

One more thing--Will the XP-120 block the 4th RAM slot? I'm not sure if that matters because I don't know which DIMM slots to use for best performance when oc'ing. 1&3 or 2&4...????
