How to "reformat" ppc?

I was wondering how I can restore my Ppc to the exact way dell had it before I thouched it . Is this a soft restore?

It's called a hard reset. The way to do it on most Pocket PC's is to hold down the power button, and then push the Soft Reset button at the same time (usually a little recessed hole you stick your stylus in. Your manual should show where it is).

Some units also can do a hard reset by holding down the buttons on the far left and far right along the bottom of the unit and then holding in the power button at the same time.

I had to RESET my Creative Zen Touch 20gb mp3 player a few times b/c it kept freezing.
