Anyone with experience with the P4 EE 3.46?

Hello all!
I am just curious, ftr I have not even set this system up yet it is on the way so this is just a future information question

I got a good deal on a Pentium 4 EE 3.46, and was hoping to OC it to 4.0GHZ
Now I am not sure how good the stock cooling is with intel.. and I will be using this case Coolermaster Wavemaster
In general will I need a good Air cooling system or should I start piecing together a watercooling system for this application?
Again I've not ested or even put the thing together yet I'm just curious
