ECS K8M800- M2 VER 1 agp add on issue

HEY i have an ecs ECS K8M800- M2 VER 1 with amd64 3000+ 2 512 pc 3200 ddr DIMMs and i have this radeon 9250 that i'm trying to add on and everytime i put it in and power on i get a ton of beeps and no display from either cards i went in to windows (XP that is ) and tried to disable the onboard card i swept the whole bios config and still cant find an option to disable the on board agp controller also i have updated the bios to 1.1c . HHHHEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPP!!!!!
