Is this safe?

My first atempt at the 7v mod. Looks right to me! is it? lol... i'm wondering if its safe to run 2 120mm fans off this? and in this way? I would be using the two 3pin conections for the fans.

Tryed the second one and it didnt start a fire or anything .. seems safe! lol ... still wouldnt mind an expert opinion

Remember to reverse the pins on the left-most molex, so if you plug it into something, you don't fry that out.

Tests for safety
1. Wash you hands to kill the bacteria, get them good and wet, and don't dry them, save the trees.
2. Did you get shocked by it if no completely rub you hands on it, if still no lick it, if still no it's safe.
3. If you did get shocked it may have been a error go and try again.
4. If it hurts a little increase the voltage it's not strong enough and try again.
5. If it hurts a lot not powerful enough, more voltage you should have atleast 10 amps 230 volts by now.
6. If you are thrown across the room more power!
7. If you are incapacitated increase the power when you are revived.
8. If you use you use you cat to check it now your getting somewhere, needs a little more juice.
9. If you use your are willing to and do use your daughter to test it, it is almost, ready more juice!
10. When the lights in your house flicker you almost there.
11. When it shorts out the power in your house it is done.
12. You have a completely safe circuit zero current flowing through it and short out and power attempted to be put through it.

Yes, undervolt a fan instead of overvolting. Lower voltage = slower spining fan = less air movement = less noise
