How Much Power

k am looking at a new system and wanna go dual PSU, one for the cpu, mobo, and everything connected to it, the other for the fans, hard drives and pumps and such
now if i do get it, it'll be a top of the line dual core, dual video, 5 or more hard drives, and like 6 fans or more
so how much power do i really need, i was thinking no less then 580 watts for each but is that to much or do i need more?

If you go dual, you can probably get by with 2 350-400s, but as I'm a big believer in quality over quantity, make sure your main PSU is the best you can afford. I am currently running a 400w as a primary, and a 350w for fans, etc., with absolutely no problems.
