Looking for good neogeo emulator

I'm looking for a good neo geo emulator.

But ignore the thread title of looking for roms---didn't relize at the time I posted the thread that roms where illegal e.t.c.




So anyone got good recomendations for a good neo geo (specifically) emulator? To play old games like metal slug and stuff like that

Emulators aren't illegal, just re edit your post asking for a good emulator.
